OEC Group in Mexico is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will help move cargo efficiently from pickup to delivery, coordinating with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or near graduation in a related field, 1–3 years in logistics or supply chain, and advanced English; proficiency in Excel is valued. This on-site role offers growth in a global freight-forwarding environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or nearing graduation).
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service, operations, or supply chain environments.
• Experience in 3PL, trucking, warehousing, LTL, FTL, or freight forwarding is a plus.
• Customer-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily communication with customers, warehouses, carriers, and vendors.
• Manage road freight shipments from booking through delivery.
• Create shipment files and transportation orders within company systems.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment updates.
• Maintain customer account information and operational records.
• Monitor warehousing and distribution activities for assigned accounts.
• Support billing activities and identify discrepancies when needed.
• Generate operational reports and help maintain workflow visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
