This role emphasizes proactive communication with factories, forwarders, and customers in a fast-paced remote work setting. Responsibilities include coordinating ocean and air shipments, negotiating freight rates, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Experience coordinating international shipments (China to US).
• Knowledge of ocean/air freight and customs documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Able to work remotely and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain visibility of production schedules with factories in China and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate international ocean and air shipments from China to the U.S.
• Request and compare freight quotes from multiple forwarders and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate pickups, bookings, customs documentation, and shipping paperwork.
• Track shipments from factory departure through final delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries from U.S. warehouses to customers.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, ETAs, delays, and delivery details.
• Keep internal team informed of milestones and maintain records.
