Skyworth USA International Logistics Coordinator role oversees cross-border logistics across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, coordinating ocean imports, container movements, and transportation providers to ensure timely product movement.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, document shipments, and process vendor invoices. Bilingual English/Spanish and ECS experience are valued to support efficient day-to-day operations.

Formación

• 2+ years in international logistics, import operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ocean freight, container movements, and cross-border logistics.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and service providers.
• Experience processing vendor invoices; ECS or similar ERP preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English/Spanish communication.

POSITION SUMMARY

The International Logistics Coordinator manages and supports cross-border logistics operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The position coordinates ocean imports, container movement, transportation providers, customer shipments, vendor invoices, and related operational processes to help ensure the accurate and timely movement of products. The role works closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to maintain effective communication, resolve operational issues, and support efficient day-to-day logistics activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, document, maintain, and improve procedures for ocean import and cross-border logistics operations.
• Coordinate container shipments and deliveries and follow up on delays, exceptions, and other outstanding matters.
• Support Tijuana ground transportation, warehouse activities, and related operational requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, customs brokers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal departments.
• Identify and evaluate new logistics and service providers based on operational needs.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels for ocean freight and related logistics activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate import, container, shipment, and service-provider documentation and records.
• Enter vendor invoices into ECS, maintain accounts payable support records, and follow up with Finance as needed.
• Create shipping labels and prepare related documentation for U.S. and Canadian shipments.
• Route Amazon U.S. and Amazon Canada orders in accordance with applicable customer and carrier requirements.
• Coordinate prepaid U.S. orders and monitor shipments through completion.
• Maintain shipment records and communicate delays, exceptions, and status updates to the appropriate internal and external parties.
• Perform other related logistics and operational duties as assigned based on business needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of experience in international logistics, import operations, freight coordination, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ocean freight, container movements, shipping documentation, and cross-border logistics.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and service providers.
• Experience processing vendor invoices or accounts payable documentation; experience with ECS or a similar ERP system is preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and resolve routine operational issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with internal and external stakeholders.
