Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from design to governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize workflows, standards, and reporting across the enterprise.

You will be part of the HR Shared Services/Policy & Process Excellence team in LATAM, with a remote work setup and opportunities to influence compensation planning, performance, and benefits enrollment across regions.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or BPM.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and governance of HR processes.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, Benefits).
• Manage plans, cadences, risk tracking and escalations to ensure timely, compliant milestones.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to laws and privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, and data teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Create Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for multi-region use.
• Lead continuous improvement via feedback, data quality, and automation opportunities.
• Oversee vendor management and contract expectations.
• Develop change-management plans to drive adoption of cycle launches.
