Job summary

Concentrix seeks an AI Software Engineer / Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-powered enterprise solutions. You will build RAG-based architectures, integrate AI capabilities with Azure services, and collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure AI applications.

You will work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into production-ready AI solutions, while staying current with GenAI tooling and best practices to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Proficient Python with solid software engineering principles.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM development experience.
• Experience building RAG solutions with embeddings and vector search.
• Practical knowledge of agentic AI, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Azure AI Search or similar vector/search tech.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs with enterprise systems.
• Experience building cloud-native apps on Azure (Functions, API Management).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-powered apps for enterprise use.
• Build and maintain RAG-based solutions with embeddings and vector search.
• Develop agentic AI capabilities using tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems via REST APIs and cloud services.
• Develop cloud-native apps on Azure (Functions, API Management).
• Work with Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Support end-to-end deployment: design, test, release, monitor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated on GenAI tools, frameworks, and governance.
