Job summary

Concentrix seeks an experienced AI Software Engineer / Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. You will build LLM-powered applications, scale RAG-based architectures, and integrate AI across cloud-native platforms in Azure.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities while staying current with GenAI tooling and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing GenAI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience building RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval augmented architectures.
• Practical experience with agentic AI, tool/function calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent enterprise AI platform.
• Experience with Azure AI Search or equivalent vector/search technologies.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs with enterprise systems.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure, including Azure Function Apps and API Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector search, and retrieval pipelines.
• Develop agentic AI capabilities using tool calling, workflow orchestration, and automation patterns.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems through REST APIs and cloud services.
• Develop cloud-native applications on Azure and related services (Azure Function Apps, API Management).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and stay current with GenAI tooling.
