Job summary

Concentrix seeks an experienced AI Software Engineer / Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. You will build LLM-powered applications, scale RAG-based architectures, and integrate AI across cloud-native platforms in Azure.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities while staying current with GenAI tooling and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering principles.

• Experience building RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval augmented architectures.

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer / Applied AI Engineer with strong software engineering expertise to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will build LLM-powered applications, develop scalable RAG-based architectures, and integrate AI capabilities into cloud-native solutions that help solve complex business challenges.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering teams to transform ideas into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.
• Develop agentic AI capabilities using tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation patterns.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems through REST APIs, cloud services, and scalable integration patterns.
• Develop cloud-native applications and services on Azure, including Azure Function Apps, API Management, and related services.
• Work with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or equivalent enterprise AI and search platforms.
• Support end-to-end deployment activities, including design, development, testing, release, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, recommend solution approaches, and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, improve system performance, and apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to continuously improve solution quality and delivery.
