Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. You will build LLM-powered applications, implement retrieval-augmented architectures, and integrate AI capabilities into Azure-based cloud services.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams, you will deliver secure, scalable production-ready AI solutions, while staying current with GenAI tooling and practices to improve delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing GenAI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience building RAG solutions with embeddings and vector search.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-based applications for enterprise use.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented architectures (embeddings, vector search).
• Develop agentic AI capabilities with tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems via REST APIs on Azure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Support end-to-end deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
