Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a Sr AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions for complex business challenges. The ideal candidate blends ML, LLM, cloud-native AI platforms, and modern software practices to deliver production-ready intelligent applications.

You will design end-to-end AI systems, contribute to architecture discussions, and deploy strategies while building scalable APIs and microservices to integrate AI into enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years in total, 1+ year in AI.
• Strong Python, APIs, and microservices development.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services and prompt engineering.
• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD deployments hands-on.
• Familiar with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Advanced English communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, deployment, and maintenance of end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment strategies.
• Build and optimize ML models, LLM applications, and RAG architectures.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services to integrate AI into apps.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
