Qualifications

• Experience with Qwen or similar open-source LLMs.
• Experience building and/or tuning LLMs and GenAI applications with modern AI tooling.
• Strong software engineering and integration skills.
• Hybrid data scientist and engineer mindset, comfortable with both modeling and hands-on development.
• Experience across the full development lifecycle.
• Nice to have: LoRA/QLoRA, RAG and vector databases, production deployment (vLLM, Hugging Face ecosystems).

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered applications and GenAI features.
• Work hands-on with open-source models such as Qwen, including tuning and customization.
• Develop internal tools and capabilities around LLMs.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing applications and systems, not just greenfield projects.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to take ideas from experimentation to production.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
