RELEX Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Engineer to join our Plan Migration Technical Delivery team within Customer Operations. You will own the execution of migrations, integrations, and configuration changes that keep customer environments stable, accurate, and future-ready.

Formación

• Experience delivering end-to-end data migrations, system integrations, or enterprise software configurations.
• Ability to own technical changes — upgrades, migrations, and integrations — with accountability.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Fluent English with Spanish as a strong advantage for Mexico-based candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end technical delivery of migrations, configurations, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across staging, production, and post-cutover.
• Develop and maintain migration runbooks, technical docs, and delivery standards.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product, implementation, and customer teams.
