Insight Global seeks a Technical Project Manager to support a growing IT Strategy and Operations team. You will manage and analyze solution and application requests from intake through implementation, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems and collaboration with business stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management within technology.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and implementation.
• Ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with integrating/operationalizing 3rd party applications into existing enterprise platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business stakeholders to support internal IT operations.
• Analyze application requests, determine business value, document workflows and processes.
• Coordinate implementation and deployment activities such as Okta setup and IAM projects.
• Create, own and apply decision-making frameworks.
• Define order of operations and map dependencies for application implementation.
• Ensure applications align with existing ecosystem standards.
