Pearl Talent seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and client success. You will be embedded with customers to implement, customize, and scale the product in their environment.

This role owns deployment outcomes from integration through adoption and is often the primary technical voice the client interacts with post-sale. It requires strong coding skills and the ability to translate client needs into technical plans.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering with client-facing exposure.
• Full-stack or backend production coding experience.
• Experience building custom integrations or internal tooling.
• Ownership of technical implementations end-to-end: scoping to support.
• Experience running technical discovery sessions with clients.
• C1+ English; primary technical contact for US-based accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new clients, configuring the product to fit workflows and systems.
• Build integrations, scripts, or lightweight tools to bridge core product with client tech stacks.
• Serve as primary technical contact during and after rollout; run discovery calls and debug live.
• Document deployment patterns and ensure scalable rollout practices.
