AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment. The role blends platform engineering with incident command, building runbooks and playbooks for rapid response.

You will lead major incidents, own remediation follow-through, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams. This position offers remote work with flexible hours and exposure to Fortune 500 brands.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE across multi-cloud environments.
• Architectural expertise in multi-cloud defense, IAM, and zero-trust.
• Hands-on incident command in 24x7 production.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Python/Go.
• Experience deploying APIs from CNAPP/CSPM platforms (prefer Wiz).
• PCI-DSS, SOC2 exposure and compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Engineer security policies using IaC (Terraform) to prevent misconfigurations.
• Design and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for ASPM ingestion and deployment.
• Respond to monitoring alerts with CSPM tools to secure workloads.
• Act as Incident Commander during major incidents 24x7 production environment.
• Own post-incident remediation and cross-team accountability across groups.
• Draft incident communications for technical and executive audiences.
• Develop incident-management playbooks and escalation procedures.
