A leading industrial manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support three senior executives in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage complex schedules across time zones. This position offers a competitive salary of 17,000–19,000 MXN monthly based on experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
• Impeccable written and verbal executive-level communication skills in English.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Must thrive in a remote environment with flexible scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the Director team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients.
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Translate business documentation between English and Spanish.
• Proactively manage tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.

Conocimientos

Executive support experience

Full professional proficiency in English

Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365

Impeccable organizational skills
