The Executive Assistant supports the Directors of Community & Operations and Investments, owning calendars, inboxes, and meeting logistics to keep member experiences and investment engines flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an executive assistant, chief of staff associate, or operations coordinator supporting senior leaders - ideally more than one at once.

Responsibilities

• Own calendars, inboxes, follow-ups, and meeting logistics for multiple directors.
• Anticipate needs, keep projects moving, and protect time with sound judgment.
