Samsara is seeking a Customer Success/Implementation oriented professional to work remotely with candidates in Mexico. You will collaborate across Sales, Support, Engineering and Product to deploy our IoT platform and drive value for customers. Travel up to 30% may be required, near an international airport.

You will guide implementations, train users, and champion Samsara’s growth mindset and customer-first principles as the company scales globally. Proximity to major LATAM hubs is advantageous.

Formación

• 3+ years in Implementation, Customer Success, account management, or consulting (SaaS preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish and English required; strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives, engineers, and day-to-day users.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
• Deploy Samsara technology and guide customers to quick value realization.
• Create launch plans, monitor adoption, and track health of accounts.
• Provide training and demonstrations to customers and users across multiple use cases.
• Maintain high standards and partner with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
