Focus Interpreting seeks a Customer Experience Agent (English) for MX Leon Remote. You will support customers for Alorica’s client program, delivering empathetic, accurate assistance and maintaining thorough documentation across systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.
• Willingness to work in a schedule aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Communicate with customers through established channels (voice and digital).
• Listen actively to identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Address questions, requests, transactions and concerns per established procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
• Escalate complex matters through the proper support channels as needed.
• Complete transactions and follow-ups, and document interactions accurately in required systems.
• Maintain complete records and navigate multiple applications while assisting customers.
• Follow policies and client-specific requirements to perform effectively.
