Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Engineering Manager, Automation Intelligence in Mexico. You will lead a high-impact team delivering detection capabilities, APIs, and classification systems for an AI-native platform. This fully remote role emphasizes quality and scalable engineering practices.

You will guide cross-functional teams from beta to GA, establish SLOs, and drive a culture of autonomous, high-performance delivery with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least three years of software engineering management experience.
• Eight+ years of software development experience with technical depth.
• Experience in bot detection, web security, or high-volume APIs preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver products from beta to launch.
• Strong collaboration with product, research, and customer teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap from beta to GA and commercial launch.
• Define reliability, performance targets, and SLOs for the service.
• Maintain detection quality via testing, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Lead AI-native development workflows with human oversight.
• Build and coach a senior engineering team with clear ownership.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to reduce cross-team dependencies.
