Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Application Security for a fully remote technology environment, based in Mexico. You will lead the application security program, combine hands-on security with people leadership, and align security with business goals.

You will drive vulnerability management, secure SDLC, and an AI-first security approach, working with engineering, IT, and compliance teams. This role offers high autonomy, visibility to executives, and the chance to influence security

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of security experience, including substantial hands‑on application security.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the application security roadmap, including vulnerability management, threat modeling, security reviews, and remediation processes for new features and architectural changes.
