You will lead security operations efforts, build and maintain security tooling, and collaborate across teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture. You will mentor engineers, contribute to open source security, and operate within an agile environment, with emphasis on technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or software engineering.
• Security operations experience, ideally leading a SOC.
• Strong software engineering to build reliable security tools.
• Proficient in Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and modern orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across security initiatives.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate security platforms and tooling.
• Monitor environments, investigate incidents, drive remediation.
• Improve security controls and automation for scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open source security.
