Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems Mexico is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide and coordinate nearshore Salesforce development efforts, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and release processes. You will lead day-to-day execution, mentor teammates, and collaborate with architects, QA, and analysts to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and Flows, plus strong leadership and English communication skills to drive successful delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce release management and deployments.
• Strong understanding of integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent or advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the nearshore Salesforce development team.
• Manage technical delivery priorities and support backlog execution.
• Partner with senior technical stakeholders to align development with project goals and architecture standards.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate delivery risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative capabilities.
• Build scalable and maintainable customizations that align with platform best practices.
• Develop integrations and support end-to-end solution implementation across Salesforce environments.
• Participate in deployment planning and release management activities.
