Veralto is seeking an Employee Listening & Insights Specialist to contribute to the People Insights team, driving data-driven decisions by capturing and interpreting employee feedback to inform talent and organizational strategies that propel the business forward.

The role is remote and reports to the People Insights Product Delivery Leader. You will collaborate with HR partners, COEs, leaders, and external vendors to deliver insights and improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial & Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in employee listening, experience analytics or OD.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics or UKG and creating reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise employee listening programs and sentiment analysis to enable continuous actionable feedback.
• Analyze survey data to identify trends and inform talent and business strategies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate findings clearly.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, leaders, and external vendors to support listening initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain scalable processes for employee listening programs.
• Translate employee feedback into meaningful actions and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of employee experience programs and insight delivery.
