This role focuses on workforce planning, data-driven recruitment, and employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in a fast-paced growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
• Expertise in utilizing various recruitment technologies, ATS, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring development.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job profiling and sourcing to candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment effectiveness.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
