Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a highly organized Email & SMS Manager to own the day‑to‑day retention marketing for our beauty/e‑commerce brand. You’ll manage calendars, build flows, brief the Email Designer, QA campaigns, and optimize for revenue.

Work closely with the Head of Growth, operate independently, translate strategy into briefs in Notion and Figma, and deliver weekly reporting with actionable insights to improve retention and revenue. This is a remote role based in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on Email & SMS experience in DTC/e‑commerce.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; creates structure where there isn’t.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts, even if you’re not the designer.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback).
• Translate strategy into briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.
• QA campaigns before launch and monitor performance for insights.
