Job summary

FBS is seeking a marketing campaigns specialist to drive end-to-end direct mail and email initiatives across platforms. You will code HTML, deploy personalized emails, and monitor campaigns to ensure timely delivery and KPI achievement.

You will analyze data to extract insights, support audience segmentation, and collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to optimize spend and performance. This is a fully remote role requiring strong collaboration and proactive execution.

Qualifications

• Email campaign build and execution experience including HTML coding and key platforms.
• Direct Mail campaign and execution experience.
• Customer Acquisition or Lifecycle Marketing experience.
• Ability to synthesize data to gain insights and provide recommendations.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting marketing spend and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end build-out of direct mail and email campaigns across platforms.
• Lead management and optimization of in-market campaigns to meet KPIs and provide ongoing data reporting.
• Execute email campaigns within marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including HTML coding and personalization.
• Support direct mail production and deployment, coordinating timelines and vendor deliverables.
• Analyze weekly campaign performance for management reporting and support audience management and segmentation.
