AgileEngine seeks an experienced Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, high-quality campaigns.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, validating briefs, and managing the marketing calendar. The role demands 2+ years in related roles, strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge, and excellent communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and confirm exact expectations before build.
• Validate briefs for completeness including audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners, document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
