JumpCloud is looking for a Director-level Product Operations to align strategy, investment, and execution with customer evidence and performance. You will lead portfolio planning, governance, and executive reporting, while partnering with Finance and GTM on pricing and packaging.

You will own Pendo instrumentation, customer advisory board operations, and AI-powered workflows that automate reporting and reduce manual Product Operations work.

Formación

• Ideally a product strategy and product operations background.
• Experience with portfolio management and SaaS metrics.
• Ability to work with executives while building analyses personally.
• Experience using AI tools and building practical agents or workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and product reviews.
• Own executive and board-level product reporting.
• Lead Pendo strategy, instrumentation dashboards, and adoption insights.
• Manage PIM intake, prioritization, and customer close-loop.
• Operate Customer Advisory Board model and insights.
• Maintain mappings for use-cases, capabilities, GPL, PMF, and packages/SKUs.
• Collaborate with Finance and GTM on pricing, packaging and monetization.
• Improve planning and KPI processes; build automated reporting with AI agents.
• Act as a trusted operating partner to drive decisions.
