JumpCloud is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Business Partners across our US and LATAM regions, serving as the first point of contact for employee relations and coordinating HRBP-led programs and projects. You will help drive performance and engagement cycles, and provide data and reporting insights to strengthen HRBP capacity.

Responsibilities include supporting performance management cycles, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and maintaining HR data accuracy.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Review intake information from the HRBP Agent.
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, and review coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with TA & HR Ops.
• Track headcount, hiring, attrition trends, and prepare quarterly HR dashboards.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy for org charts, reporting lines, and department codes across units.
• Support HRBP with data, documentation, and insights for teams.
