JumpCloud is a fast-moving SaaS company seeking a Corporate Program Manager, Founder Initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO, Co-founders and Executive Team to align, action, guide and measure key initiatives across the organization.

As a role similar to a Chief of Staff, you’ll engage with board members, executives and stakeholders, acting as a representative of the CEO in communications and actions while driving cross-functional programs and robust reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage specific programs within corporate objectives, provide metric reporting and CEO-level visibility.
• Oversee company roll-up, alignment and reporting of key objectives.
• Drive cadence of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual communications; curate content and ensure consistency.
• Lead monthly extended leadership Ops Review: agenda, materials, follow-up.
• Coordinate CEO customer/partner calls; capture and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate CEO outreach to employees via virtual sessions; capture topics and action items.
• Prepare cross-functional materials for Board meetings.
