JumpCloud is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Business Partners across US and LATAM. You will handle employee relations, performance processes, onboarding, and data reporting while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with leaders to apply HR guidance in line with regional law.

This role emphasizes remote collaboration and global culture-building. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in HR coordination, strong communication, and a drive to develop HRBP skills within a fast-paced SaaS

Formación

• 3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through.
• High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee relations as the first point of contact for HRBP-led programs and projects.
• Assist in performance management cycles, goal setting, and review coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities with TA and HR Ops.
• Track headcount, hiring, and attrition trends using dashboards and report insights.
• Provide data and reporting insights to HRBPs and leadership.
