JumpCloud is seeking a Director-level Product Operations leader to align strategy, investments, execution, customer evidence, adoption, packaging, and business performance. You will work closely with the product leadership team and act as a hands-on leader driving AI-enabled reporting and automation.

You will own governance, KPI reporting, pricing analysis, and the Customer Advisory Board operating model while partnering with finance and GTM for monetization insights.

Formación

• High-level product strategy and operations judgment.
• Experience with portfolio management and SaaS metrics.
• Familiarity with pricing and packaging strategies.
• Ability to engage with executives and build analyses and operating mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Operate portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, risks, and reviews.
• Own executive, SLT, and Board-level reporting on product.
• Lead Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, dashboards, and adoption insights.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer close-loop practices for products.
