Job summary

Turner is seeking a Remote Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives from planning through closing. This fully remote role allows work from anywhere in Mexico and focuses on improving operational efficiency and client engagement.

You will coordinate distributed teams, craft detailed plans and budgets, and communicate progress to senior leadership. A strong PM background and bilingual Spanish/English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in digital transformation or IT projects
• Experience leading remote/virtual teams and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception through completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that are realistic and achievable.
• Manage remote project teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative virtual environment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project members and stakeholders using collaboration tools.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report status to senior leadership.
