Our client, a progressive consulting firm, seeks a Remote Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives from conception to completion. The role is fully remote across Mexico, emphasizing asynchronous communication and virtual collaboration.

You will plan, execute, and close projects, manage distributed teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Requires 5+ years in PM and Spanish/English bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on digital transformation or IT projects.
• Experience managing remote projects and leading virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception through completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
• Manage remote project teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative virtual environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project team members and stakeholders, utilizing digital collaboration tools effectively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior leadership.
