Bluelight Consulting Llc is seeking a dedicated Remote Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across client organizations. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico, coordinating planning, execution, and closing phases while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

You will manage distributed teams, define scope and schedules, monitor risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects remotely and leading virtual teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception through completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plan, schedules, and budgets and ensure realism and achievability.
• Manage remote project teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative virtual environment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate clear communication among project teams and stakeholders using digital tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects remotely and leading virtual teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of digital technologies and trends (e.g., cloud computing, automation, data analytics).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
