Job summary

Faurecia in Mexico is seeking a Digital HR Transformation Specialist to lead a fully remote HR modernization initiative. You will redesign HR processes, implement new HR technologies, and drive a digital-first mindset across the organization.

This role requires deep HR tech knowledge, strong project leadership, and excellent communication. You will work with IT and HR teams, train staff on new tools, and measure impact with KPIs while ensuring data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Resources with emphasis on HR tech deployments.
• Deep understanding of modern HRIS, ATS, LMS and related software.
• Experience managing HR technology projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
• Remote or hybrid work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR processes for digital enhancements and automation.
• Research, select, and implement HR technologies and platforms (HRIS, LMS, ATS).
• Develop and execute a roadmap for HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth integrations.
• Design and deliver training on new tools and processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure transformation impact.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships for HR tech solutions.
• Ensure data privacy and security in HR tech initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and best practices.
