Turn is seeking a passionate CX Associate to join our team. You will be the main contact for workers on our platform, providing top-notch customer service and guiding onboarding and background checks in collaboration with Compliance.

You will manage tickets in Freshdesk, communicate clearly in English, and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. This is a 100% remote role with strong growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ work experience in an office setting.
• Customer support background or related experience.
• Strong English written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities
