Intugo is seeking a dedicated tele-sales professional for an on-site role in Hermosillo, with shifts from early morning to evening. The position focuses on identifying customer needs by phone, offering appropriate firm services, and applying sales techniques to close leads, all while building lasting client relationships.

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in legal firm services, is looking for you

Your Role

• Identify customer needs over the phone to determine and offer appropriate solutions
• Utilize sales techniques to effectively persuade clients to acquire firm services
• Build lasting relationships through consistent, secure, and thoughtful customer service

What You Need

• Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills
• Full-time availability for assigned shifts
• Results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on teamwork
• Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 MXN

What You’ll Get

• Commissions: $5 USD per appointment set (paid weekly)

• Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off (shifts within the 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM window)
