Verato is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancun, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and social channels.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborating with a global team dedicated to outstanding support and company success.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize remotely.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and escalates issues to appropriate departments for improvement.
