Jobgether SRL is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a remote, fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong client relationships.

You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and develop scalable processes that improve efficiency and satisfaction while collaborating with across-functional teams to align customer needs with business objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer service leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams and drive a customer-centric culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, ecommerce, fashion, or product-based) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor daily customer service operations.
• Coach team members and develop effective processes.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations to align expectations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base and standard workflows.
