Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive Android and iOS product initiatives across a globally used mobile platform. You will own technical direction, contribute to architecture, set coding standards, and mentor a distributed team of engineers in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in mobile development, deep Kotlin/Java/Swift expertise, and hands-on leadership in MVP/MVVM, CI/CD, and API integrations, delivering high quality experiences for customers

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development across Android and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Java, and Swift for native development.
• Experience with MVP and MVVM architectures and leading development initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Drive technical decisions to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing mobile solutions.
• Conduct detailed code reviews to enforce coding standards and optimization principles.
• Collaborate with designers, product stakeholders, and developers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Design and implement solutions across a wide range of devices and environments.
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and third-party services into apps.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and monitor live performance.
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering excellence within the team.
