Keenfolks in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own day-to-day delivery for Reckitt engagements, bridging business and technical teams to keep work on scope, budget, and schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run Agile ceremonies, manage client relationships across time zones (USA), and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, AI-enabled marketing technology environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in project management
• Experience in digital/technology consulting or agency environments on enterprise accounts
• Experience with D2C platforms, content platforms, loyalty programs, and platform analytics
• Direct experience with ongoing managed-services or support engagements (recurring scope and hours)

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of the engagement, restricting scope, hours, and budget.
• Track and report team utilization and burn against contracted capacity.
• Identify scope creep, resourcing gaps, and delivery risks with clear options.
• Coordinate across creative, data/analytics, technology, and strategy teams.
• Lead client meetings and communicate with senior stakeholders.
