Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is seeking a Remote Construction Project Coordinator to help identify subcontractors, obtain pricing, coordinate preconstruction information, and support permit research. This role communicates with trades and technical professionals, organizes information, and drives open items to completion.

• Must have strong written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.
• 1-3+ years in construction, architectural, engineering, estimating, procurement, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with residential construction terminology and sequencing.
• Comfortable speaking with subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and municipal departments.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, bid logs, databases, and project trackers.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Research, identify, and prequalify subcontractors and trades.
• Outreach to trades via phone and email across multiple trades.
• Gather licensing, insurance, availability, capacity, service areas, and pricing information.
• Send plans, scopes, and bid requests and follow up for pricing.
• Maintain databases of subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Coordinate introductory calls and maintain professional follow-up.
• Assist with permit research, applications, and municipal follow-up.
• Track feasibility, setbacks, utilities, access, HOA requirements, and engineering needs.
• Maintain pricing matrices, bid logs, contractor records, and project trackers.
• Prepare concise research summaries and progress updates for leadership.
