High-Light Electric, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Takeoff Specialist to convert construction plans into organized quantity data for our estimating team. Remote Latin America engagement with independent contractor status, requiring self-provided equipment and reliable internet.
You will perform digital quantity takeoffs with Bluebeam, apply codes, and prepare files for estimating spreadsheets while identifying conflicts and documenting assumptions for estimator review.

Responsabilidades
- Perform complete digital quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam and company tools
- Apply work/cost codes to all quantified items
- Prepare takeoff files for importing into estimating spreadsheets
- Identify conflicts, discrepancies, missing information, and scope questions
- Prepare concise takeoff summary reports with assumptions and observations
- Participate in estimating discussions to answer takeoff questions
- Study company standards and docs to improve deliverables
- Suggest improvements to tools, coding standards, and takeoff methodology
