Job summary

Agent is seeking a mid-level Civil Estimator / Project Support Specialist to manage our estimating process end-to-end and provide light project management support remotely.

You will identify bid opportunities, perform accurate takeoffs, prepare comprehensive bids, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist with post-award project administration in a fast-paced environment with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of civil estimating experience focused on Division 2 / Site Work.
• Deep understanding of site prep, grading, concrete/foundation removal, utility installation (water/sewer/fire connections), and interior demolition.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze civil and architectural drawings independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish bid plans, review specs, perform quantity takeoffs, and compute labor/material costs for Site Work projects.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes; coordinate with vendors and suppliers; manage relationships.
• Prepare pre-construction submittals, RFIs, track change orders, and maintain organized digital project files.
