The ideal candidate will have expertise in estimating residential construction, strong skills in Bluebeam, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Formación

• Strong proficiency with Bluebeam (required).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings independently.
• High attention to detail and consistency with numbers.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong plus).
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for U.S. residential and light multifamily projects.
• Reviewing architectural, structural, and site plans.
• Developing accurate pricing with strong cost awareness.
• Supporting project teams with clear, well-structured estimates.
• Using modern tools, including AI, for research and pricing support.
