Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our Competitive Intelligence team. In this work-from-home role in Mexico or Colombia, you’ll shape go-to-market strategies by turning complex market signals into actionable narratives for our sales teams.

You will lead our AI-enabled battlecard program, providing vital insights that empower our commercial leadership to win in a competitive B2B landscape.

Formación

• 5+ years in competitive intelligence or market intelligence within a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence.
• Proven business acumen with ability to craft compelling, actionable narratives.
• Service-oriented mindset with solid project management skills and GTM toolkit experience.
• BA/BS in Business or related analytical field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program, launching foundational insights.
• Utilize generative AI tools to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence.
• Translate data into clear narratives and deliver training for sales teams.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
• Track platform engagement and measure the program's value.
