AMS in Monterrey seeks a Principal, Insights to lead research delivery and generate intelligence for client accounts. You will mentor specialists, oversee tactical projects, and drive data-led recommendations aligned with the I&I vision.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, ownership of complex BI initiatives, and delivering actionable insights for improved recruitment strategies. Hybrid work includes one day per week at the Monterrey office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research delivery practices for internally facing audiences and client account teams.
• Oversee and mentor Specialists, manage roadmaps for tactical talent-focused research.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform client recruitment strategies.
• Develop reports, presentations, and commentary to communicate findings and drive actions.
• Ensure quality standards in Insights reports and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-led recommendations and impact.
