Entrepreneur Cooperative in LATAM is seeking an experienced Closing & Funding Specialist to own the closing process from title through funding and post-closing handoff. This fully remote role supports a U.S.-based private real estate lender financing Fix & Flip, Bridge, DSCR, and Ground-Up projects.

The ideal candidate has 1.5+ years of hard money lender experience, strong knowledge of title, escrow, and HUD statements, and excellent English communication. Work hours align with U.S. Eastern Time.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years hands-on experience with U.S. hard money or private real estate lending.
• Direct closing and funding experience.
• Solid knowledge of title, escrow, insurance, and HUD/settlement statements.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Own the closing process from opening title to final funding and post-closing handoff.
• Open and manage title/escrow and insurance.
• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, borrowers, and internal teams to resolve closing issues.
