Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking an experienced Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support high-producing real estate professionals in the United States. This role requires direct experience managing residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing and a strong ability to communicate in both Spanish and English.

The coordinator will open and maintain transaction files, review documents for completeness, track deadlines, and provide clear status updates

Qualifications

Five+ years of direct residential real estate transaction coordination experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Experience managing transactions from executed contract to closing.
Working knowledge of US residential real estate processes.
Experience reviewing contracts, disclosures, addenda, and documents.
Experience tracking deadlines, contingencies, signatures, deposits, inspections, financing, title, escrow, and closing requirements.

Responsibilities

Open and maintain transaction files and dashboards.
Review contracts, addenda, disclosures, and supporting documents for completeness.
Track deadlines, contingencies, earnest money, inspections, financing, title, escrow, and closing dates.
Monitor files for missing signatures and required information.
Prepare documents for electronic signature and route to parties.
